Bookkeeping Clerk REPORTS TO:
Bookkeeping Supervisor SECTION I.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Daily reconciliation of general ledger accounts Research and correct general ledger outages Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, which include the Bank's statement of condition, net income and related items Assist in audits of the Bank's records by Federal and State Examiners, CPA firms and Bank's internal auditors Assists current customers with their accounts and addresses complaints in a timely (within 24-hours) manner Bank Secrecy Act Duties (suspicious activity, record retention, OFAC procedures) Responsible for adhering to all security requirements and all compliance regulations Other duties as assigned SECTION II.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None SECTION III.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including strong listening and interpersonal skills 1-3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred Demonstrated mathematical skills including detail/accuracy of work Working knowledge of spreadsheets and PCs SECTION IV.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
