The Process Development Engineer will report to the Chief Operating Officer and hold the responsibility of evaluating existing company wide processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process while utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts. The Process Development Engineer will act as a Project Manager while leading process development teams to institute the review and development of critical processes to meet Company initiatives.This position has been developed to drive our growth in operations. The ideal candidate for this position has:
Proven Process Development experience in a manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Successful project management - leadership abilities while working in cross functional teams.
Proven understanding of Manufacturing Operations and Manufacturing Process Improvements.
Expert level of computer systems to include Microsoft Excel, CAD and manufacturing systems.
Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience.
Creative thinking for the best optimization of equipment and processes.
Independent and team work traits as required in fast paced work environment
Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, interpersonal skills, and ability to resolve problems on a professional level
Proven communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills with history of employee engagement and relations.
Strong conceptual thinking abilitiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
